LA is seeking a Creative Director to lead a team of Art Directors, Production Designers, Finishers, Copywriters, Sketch Artists, and Illustrators in the creative services department specifically focusing on one high-profile entertainment client. You will lead, mentor, and collaborate with the strongest creative team in the industry in our quest to create the best art for every project - focusing on art extensions and breakouts, developing new platform creative, outdoor campaigns, specialty OOH, DOOH and supporting the print, digital and motion departments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Creative Leadership: Create high quality creative work that exceeds client expectations
  • Oversee a team of creatives, including mentoring and managing team members
  • Manage multiple creative services and platform projects from kick-off to finish including concept, design, development, and execution
  • Supervise the work of internal and external design teams
  • Partner with the account team to accomplish client needs
  • Lead creative inhouse photoshoots, when needed
  • Manage communication with clients and expand relationships with existing and new clients

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience as a productive leader managing a close-knit team
  • 10+ years of experience working with relevant entertainment clients 
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of creatives as a CD at a similar/comparable agency and/or studio 
  • Experience and ability to interact/maintain relationships with clients
  • Well-versed in recent major entertainment campaigns and key art trends as well as expertise in photography, typography, design
  • Expert level of skill/experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability to follow the strictest of security and confidentiality measures

  • The starting base compensation range for this position in the selected city is $168,000-$190,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, location, prior experience, and education.
